Kari Ross graduated from Salem College in 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts in English and Women's Studies with honors. She was worked as part of President Obama's re-election campaign, the campaign to defeat the "Personhood" Amendment in Mississippi, and as a funding coordinator for a women's center in New Jersey. She currently works as a campus organizer and assistant to the president for the Feminist Majority Foundation located in Washington, D.C.
