When Donald Trump decided to mention Rosie O’Donnell by name in the Monday night’s first presidential debate, he must have realized the out lesbian mom and comedian would not let that pass without a retort of some kind.
And retort she did.
Trump was responding to a statement by Hillary Clinton about his misogynist comments about women when he said, “Rosie O’Donnell, I said very tough things to her, and I think everybody would agree that she deserves it and nobody feels sorry for her.”
But not everybody agreed, and the only ones sorry might be the Trump campaign, as O’Donnell and supporters reminded everybody on social media about the longstanding feud between the GOP nominee from Queens and his bitter rival from Long Island.
