WATCH: Lady Gaga debuts ‘Perfect Illusion’ live in London

Lady Gaga treated clubgoers to a surprise live debut of her new single “Perfect Illusion” at London’s Moth Club early Saturday morning. The song will appear on her as yet untitled fifth studio album.

She delivered a high energy performance, jumping up and down and commanding the crowd to put their hands up throughout.

“It wasn’t love/ It wasn’t love/ It was a perfect illusion/Mistaken love/ It wasn’t love/ It was a perfect illusion,” Gaga sings on “Perfect Illusion,” which many have speculated is about her ex, actor Taylor Kinney. She has said that this is not the case.

She also performed a stripped down version of hit song “Bad Romance.” While she admits to forgetting some of the words, saying, “I have a terrible short term memory,” the crowd was more than happy to help her out with that. Watch below.
