This trans woman was forbidden to use the ladies’ restroom at her local bar. And she filmed the whole exchange.

A transgender woman was denied use of the ladies’ restroom at a pub in the U.K, and she caught it all on video.

Joanna, a trans woman, claims the owner of east England pub Foresters Arms has given staff strict instructions not to let transgender people use the bathrooms that correspond with their gender identity, and she made a video to offer up proof.

Although Joanna has multiple forms of ID with her female identity, the bartender doesn’t budge. She can be heard pleading her case on the other end of the camera.

Angry viewers of the video swarmed the Foresters Arms Facebook page to give them multiple one-star ratings, and there is chatter about local transgender activists staging some form of protest at the watering hole.
