New video demonstrates Trump’s wavering view on gay marriage

Conservative LGBTQ group Log Cabin Republicans have released a new video that shines a line on Donald Trump’s inconsistencies on marriage equality, and asks the leading Republican candidate to make a stance once and for all.

Compiling his past remarks on gay marriage, the video asks “Where does Donald Trump really stand on marriage equality?”

One clip features him saying legalizing same-sex marriage was “an illegitimate and wrong decision.”

Another clip has him saying “the decision has been made, and that’s the law of the land.”

The video concludes with him saying “[evangelicals] can trust me on traditional marriage.”
