On Tuesday, CNN held a town hall for the last three remaining GOP candidates, and one of the highlights was interviewer Anderson Cooper telling Donald Trump that he’s acting like a child.
In reference to Trump’s threat to “spill the beans” on Ted Cruz’s wife Heidi — an unflattering picture of whom he’d retweeted — Trump tried to sidestep the line of questioning by saying, “I thought it was a nice picture of Heidi. I thought it was fine. She’s a pretty woman.”
Cooper replied, “Come on. You’re running for president of the United States.”
Trump: “I didn’t start it.”

“Sir, with all due respect,” Cooper retorted, “that’s the argument of a 5-year-old. Every parent knows a kid who says, ‘He started it.'”
Trump: “No, no, no. That’s the problem. Exactly that thinking is the problem this country has. I did not start this.”
Cooper then emphasized the Cruzes had nothing to do with any of this — it was an anti-Trump super PAC who launched the photo war by sending out a suggestive photo of Melania.
Trump: “My wife was a very successful model.”
