Madonna’s ex-boyfriend Brahim Zaibat is in trouble with one of France’s most notorious politicos.
The 29-year-old dancer recently found himself seated behind the founder of France’s conservative National Front party, Jean-Marie Le Pen, on an airplane.
Zaibat saw that the antigay, anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant uber-conservative was asleep, his mouth hanging open, and decided to snap a selfie next to him. (Zaibat has been a very vocal critic of the politician.)
He later uploaded the image to social media, along with a message to voters in France: “Let’s all vote tomorrow to give them a knock-out blow. To preserve our fraternal France.”

The picture amassed nearly 200,000 Facebook likes and more than 30,000 shares.
Now, the angry politician is suing Zaibat, calling the picture unflattering and a breach of privacy, and accusing it of costing his party the election.
“Do you find it normal to be photographed while asleep on a plane?” the 87-year-old told rue89. “It’s my private life and I want to protect myself against this type of behavior!”
Le Pen is seeking €50,000 (approx. $55,000 U.S.) in damages along with a written apology from Zaibat.
In his lawsuit, he also references Madonna, with once compared him to Saddam Hussein and his daughter, Marie Le Pen, to Hitler.
A court hearing is scheduled for January 22.
