According to local sources, ISIS militants have executed a fifteen-year-old boy for being gay.
The boy was bound and then thrown off of a rooftop.
A source told ARA news, “The horrific execution took place in front of a large crowd.”
“The boy was accused of being engaged in a homosexual relation with the prominent ISIS officer Abu Zaid al-Jazrawi,” said another source.

The execution took place in Deir-ez-Cor, an eastern Syrian City.
Following the arrests of both men, Abu Zaid was expelled to Iraq. He was tried in Sharia court, though ISIS militants initially wanted the officer to be executed as well.
“Abu Zaid was forced to leave Syria and join the fighting fronts in northwestern Iraq,” said the second source. “The decision has been taken by the ISIS leadership.”
