Sissies have more fun — and what would life be like without them? For decades, they’ve dazzled and delighted on the stage and screen — at turns frivolous, foppish, and occasionally really quite freaky.

In the following video, Matt Baume pays homage to the prissy parade of enduring, endearingly light-in-their-loafer characters who’ve gleefully pirouetted through countless classics, inspiring scores of gay men to keep it unreal — and maybe even a touch flamboyant.
