‘He said yes!’ – Happily ever after for gay marine whose homecoming went viral

When U.S. Marine Sgt. Brandon Morgan returned home home last year following a six-month deployment in Afghanistan, he never expected that a homecoming kiss with his boyfriend, artist Dalan Wells, would take the internet by storm and become the symbol for openly gay service members in the post-”Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” era.

Now, a little more than a year later, it appears Morgan and Wells will be planning a wedding.
