Singer Lance Bass targeted with series of anti-gay messages, threats

Openly gay entertainer Lance Bass was the target of a series of anti-gay slurs, sent to him in a series of Facebook messages on Saturday.

The remarks, by a user named “Ted Fau,” contained several anti-gay slurs, and threatened Bass with this comment, “I want to stab you and play around with your blood.”

Bass tweeted this image of the comments from his iPhone yesterday, with the message, “If I go missing, this guy did it.”

Another threat among the messages was that gangsters “have a hit on you.”

The user “Ted Fau” was unable to be located on Facebook on Tuesday.
