Zach Wahls wishes his moms, and all moms, a very Happy Mother’s Day.
You may remember Wahls, a 19-year-old University of Iowa student who gave an impassioned plea in support of marriage equality before Iowwa state legislators on Jan. 31.
His personal story of growing up with two mothers “lit up the internet” with more than 5 million views on YouTube.
