An amazing new commercial for Google’s Chrome web browser aired during Tuesday night’s episode of “Glee” on FOX, and showcased the “It Gets Better” project.
“Beginning with one inspiring video, Dan Savage used the web to create the “It Gets Better” project — a movement that has generated thousands of uplifting videos that give hope to teens,” said Google. Watch:
The commercial is part of Chrome’s “the web is what you make of it” campaign.
Savage, a Seattle-based activist and author, and his husband Terry Miller, launched the “It Gets Better Project” to provide support and encouragement to LGBT teens struggling with bullying and adversity.

Google Chrome is my favorite, it really is, but you can’t do a lot of things on it because sites aren’t “compatible” to it. They need to get their asses in gear!
The commercial was awesome!
This commercial makes me cry. I saw it for the first time about 2 hours ago and have rewatched in about 20 times. Simply beautiful. It’s true, it gets better.
Saw it while watching glee<3
I’m sorry, but I have a problem with the whole It Gets Better campaign because though it may not be it’s intention, it normalizes bullying in my opinion. Kids who are being bullied don’t need to be told that it will get better, they need to be helped now coping with what they are dealing with. It’s what they are dealing with in the now, not what may happen 10 years from now that is the problem. We should be talking about fighting back not about just waiting it out!
I saw it while watching Glee as well. I adore Dan Savage. He is doing something so inspiring, that has caught on so rapidly…I hope it makes a big difference. It really does get better.
Yeah i saw it while watching glee. Man Dan is doing something inspire to the world. I’m happy google chrome did this.
This commercial put a smile to my face and tears to my eyes. I was extremely proud of this move by google. All the more reason to support google. :)
I applaud Savage’s efforts here, even if he has a lot to learn about Asexuals and Asexuality.
I dispise this commercial. they need to get a gip and stop shoving gay pride in people’s faces.it’s not “how you are” it’s sin. choices are made, and it’s their choice to make.
