NO H8 Campaign releases public service announcement

Jeff ParshleyThe NO H8 Campaign, a silent photographic protest in response to the passage of California’s Proposition 8 in November 2008, amending the State constitution to ban same-sex marriage, has released it’s first official public service announcement.

The campaign, launched by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska and partner Jeff Parshley (pictured), began with portraits of everyday Californians who support marriage equality, and has grown to include celebrities, military personnel, law enforcement, politicians and more.

Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths symbolizing their voices not being heard and NOH8 painted on one cheek in protest.
